Customize Theme

Overview

Customizing a website theme allows you to change the look and feel of your website to match your brand identity. This includes modifying colors, fonts, backgrounds, layouts, and other visual elements. This training will guide you through the steps to personalize your website theme effectively.

Step 1 – Access Theme Settings

Log in to your website dashboard. Navigate to the Appearance or Theme section. Here, you can view the currently active theme and available customization options.

Step 2 – Change Colors

Select Colors or Color Palette in the theme settings. You can modify primary colors, background colors, link colors, and text colors. Choose colors that align with your brand identity and ensure good readability.

Step 3 – Adjust Fonts

Go to the Typography or Fonts section. You can select different font families, font sizes, and font styles for headings, body text, and buttons. Consistent typography improves website readability and user experience.

Step 4 – Modify Layout

In the Layout or Page Structure section, you can adjust the placement of headers, footers, sidebars, and content blocks. Choose a layout that best presents your content and enhances navigation.

Step 5 – Customize Backgrounds

Change the background of your website in the Background section. You can upload images, use solid colors, or apply patterns. Make sure backgrounds complement your content without making it difficult to read.

Step 6 – Preview and Save

Use the Preview option to see how your changes will appear on different devices. Once satisfied, click Save or Publish to apply your customized theme to your website.
