In Google Sheets<\/strong>, data is organized in a structured grid system made up of rows, columns, and cells. Understanding these basic elements is essential for working efficiently with spreadsheets.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They form the foundation of data entry, calculations, and analysis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

1. Rows<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Rows run horizontally across the spreadsheet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Each row is identified by a number on the left side of the sheet such as 1, 2, 3, and so on.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
