Copy Cut and Paste are basic editing tools used to move or duplicate text images or other content in a document

Copy
Copy is used to duplicate selected content without removing it from its original place

Steps to Copy
Select the text or object you want to copy
Press Ctrl plus C on the keyboard
Or go to Home tab and click Copy
Place the cursor where you want to insert the copied content
Press Ctrl plus V to paste

Cut
Cut is used to remove selected content and move it to another location

Steps to Cut
Select the text or object you want to move
Press Ctrl plus X on the keyboard
Or go to Home tab and click Cut
Place the cursor where you want to move the content
Press Ctrl plus V to paste

Paste
Paste is used to insert copied or cut content into a new location

Steps to Paste
Place the cursor where you want to insert content
Press Ctrl plus V on the keyboard
Or go to Home tab and click Paste

Key Differences
Copy keeps the original content and creates a duplicate
Cut removes the original content and moves it
