Headers and footers are sections at the top and bottom of a document. They allow you to add consistent information like titles, dates, or page numbers across all pages. Page numbers help organize and navigate longer documents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Go to the Insert tab and click Header.
Choose a built-in style or select Edit Header to create a custom one.
Type the text you want to appear on each page, such as the document title or company name.
To exit the header section, click Close Header and Footer or double-click outside the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
