They are commonly used in collaborative projects, reports, and official documents to ensure clarity and accountability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Track Changes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Track Changes shows edits made by you or others in a document. Insertions, deletions, and formatting changes are highlighted so reviewers can easily see what has changed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How to Use Track Changes:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to the Review tab on the Ribbon.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click Track Changes to turn it on.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make edits in the document.\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Inserted text is underlined or highlighted.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Deleted text appears with a strike-through.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>To accept or reject changes, use Accept or Reject in the Review tab for individual changes or all changes at once.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tips:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Keep Track Changes on when collaborating to see who made each edit.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Toggle between Simple Markup and All Markup to view changes easily.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comments<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Comments let reviewers add notes or suggestions without changing the content.
