Return Refund

1. General Policy

At GIGZ.PK, client satisfaction is our highest priority. We want to ensure that you have an exceptional learning and professional experience. Because we primarily offer digital education, online training programs, and professional consulting services, the return and refund structure is organized based on the type of service purchased.

2. Live Training Programs

For all our live online interactive training courses:

• Full Refund: You are eligible for a 100% refund of your course registration fees if you request cancellation at least 48 hours before the first scheduled class session.
• Partial Refund: If you request a refund within 3 days after attending the first introductory class, you will be eligible for a 75% refund.
• No Refund: No refund requests will be accepted after the second lecture/session of any training series has commenced, or after 7 days from the start of the course.

3. Consulting & 1-on-1 Sessions

For booked consultancy and premium 1-on-1 mentorship sessions (e.g., sessions booked with Abid Maqsood or other trainers):

• Rescheduling: You can reschedule a confirmed slot up to 12 hours in advance without any penalty.
• Cancellation Refund: Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the session are entitled to a full refund.
• Late Cancellation/No Show: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time or failure to join the session within 15 minutes of the start time will result in a forfeiture of the session fee. No refunds will be provided.

4. Self-Paced Courses & Digital Materials

Due to the immediate digital delivery of templates, recorded lecture content, codes, and downloadable resources:

All self-paced course purchases and digital asset downloads are final and non-refundable once downloaded or accessed. We encourage you to review all course syllabi, introductory trailers, and details before completing your order.

5. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please complete the following steps:

1. Send an email to admin@gigz.pk with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Name] – [Course/Session Name]”.
2. Provide your transaction receipt or payment verification screenshot.
3. Briefly explain the reason for your refund request (we value your feedback to help improve our services).

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 working days and will be credited using the original payment channel (Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, or Credit Card).
