Because GIGZ.PK is a specialized online skill development and digital consulting platform, we do not ship physical products. Therefore, standard physical shipping fees, customs duties, physical tracking numbers, and delivery times do not apply. All items are delivered electronically and globally.
2. Live Training Course Delivery
Upon successful payment registration for any of our professional live training courses:
- You will receive an immediate automated confirmation email from GIGZ.PK containing your payment receipt.
- Our operations team will add you to the official training group/channel (usually on WhatsApp) within 12 to 24 hours.
- Live online lecture links (Zoom/Google Meet), virtual assignments, and access codes will be shared directly in the training portal and group ahead of each scheduled class.
3. Consultancy Service Delivery
When booking an online consultancy or 1-on-1 expert session:
- A booking confirmation containing your chosen date and slot (Choice 1 or Choice 2) will be sent to your email and verified via WhatsApp.
- The meeting link along with setup instructions is dispatched to your registered communication channels at least 1 hour prior to the start of the session.
4. Software & Educational Requirements
To ensure a high-quality, uninterrupted experience with our digital services, clients and students are expected to maintain:
- A reliable high-speed broadband internet connection.
- A desktop PC, laptop, or responsive tablet with modern browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari) and required apps like Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Valid email address and active WhatsApp number to receive session updates and download materials.
5. Troubleshooting & Support
If you have completed your payment but did not receive your training links or booking verification within 24 hours, please check your email spam/junk folder. If it is still missing, please reach out directly:
