1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and GIGZ.PK (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.
By accessing our website and enrolling in any course or training session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with all of these Terms and Conditions, then you are expressly prohibited from using the site and must discontinue use immediately.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Site, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, course materials, templates, and graphics are our proprietary property or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Strict Prohibition: Any course materials, recorded lectures, slides, codes, and documents shared during the training are for your personal, non-commercial educational use only. You are strictly forbidden from recording live sessions, copying, sharing, republishing, reselling, or distributing any materials without explicit written permission from GIGZ.PK.
3. User Registration & Accounts
You may be required to register with the Site to enroll in courses or access student dashboards. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password.
We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate intellectual property rules or engage in offensive behaviors.
4. Fees and Payments
We accept major local and international payment methods. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and card details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
All fees are billed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless specified otherwise. You are responsible for any transaction charges or local taxes applied by your bank or platform operators.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event will GIGZ.PK or our directors, trainers, or employees be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site or enrollment in our trainings.
Our services, including student lessons and advice given during consultation, are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no guarantees or warranties regarding individual outcomes, earnings, or job success as a result of taking our courses.
6. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or disputes shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
